From the very large sunny balcony (32 qm) you have a very nice view over the bay of Juan Les Pins up to the islands near Cannes. In the center of the resort there is a large swimming pool which you can use. It is possible to rent a parking slot in the garage (as long as available) or alternatively at the nearby hotel Ambassadeur.                                            The apartment with sea view is on the top floor of a very nice, quiet and pleasant holiday resort.
